About Pathfinders
Pathfinders community resource service program offers different Tiers of supervision and
365 days of emergency intervention availability. Our program allows students to remain in their homes and community while addressing their educational, social, behavioral, and employment needs. Pathfinders utilizes the Balanced and Restorative Justice (BARJ) principles of accountability, competency, development, and community protection.

Our Vision & Goals
Our goal is to keep youth in the home while addressing their educational, behavioral, social and employment needs. Pathfinders utilizes the Balance and Restorative justice ( BARJ) principles of accountability, competency development, and community protection.
Population: Pathfinders Community Resource program serves adjudicated and non-adjudcated youth between the ages of 10-18 years old.
These youth fall into three Categories:
1. Post placement aftercare
2. Pre-adjudication and predispositional prevention
3. Truancy/Prevention



The program is community-based in that the supervision and contact of the assigned cases are performed on a Tiered system. The contacts are done in the homes and communities of the assigned cases. In addition to working with youth in the home and communties, Pathfinders Program Resource Specialists are involved in seeing assigned youth at their schools, places of employment, and/or technical training or alternative education placement sites. The Pathfinders program is a fully mobile program.
